Overview
LMOT Invitational operates a private members portal. Access is restricted to approved members and uses third-party authentication services to verify identity.
Information we process
When you sign in, we may process basic Google account information made available for authentication, such as your name and email address. This information is used to verify that your account is on the approved LMOT member list and to maintain your authenticated session.
Authentication and cookies
The members portal uses Cloudflare Access and Google Sign-In. These services may set cookies or similar session technologies that are necessary to authenticate you, protect the portal and keep you signed in for the configured session period.
How we use information
Authentication information is used only to control access to the LMOT Invitational members portal, protect the site and support basic administration of membership access. We do not sell personal information.
Third-party services
Authentication and site delivery rely on Google and Cloudflare. Their processing of information is also governed by their respective privacy policies and terms.
Retention and access
Access permissions are maintained for as long as needed to operate the private portal. A member's access can be removed when membership or access requirements change.
